The brewery of Sarajevo opened a representative restaurant in the factory building in 2004, the Bierschenke "Pivnica HS". In the same year, the production facilities and means of transport were also modernized, numerous sales centers were built throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina and new equipment and equipment for primary beer production, a cooking plant and a new bottling line for soft drinks and beer were installed. We have also installed the new fermenters, bottling facilities, a beer dealcoholization system, an ASEPTIC line, CIP cleaning station and bottling line, as well as 38 new large tanks for the fermentation and storage cellar. Today we do business with all major retail chains (Bingo, Anko, Konzum and others), with more than 1,000 small shops and more than 500 restaurants. The brewery of Sarajevo is the leading Bosnian-Herzegovinian beer, non-carbonated, non-alcoholic and juice producer. The production is carried out at the company's headquarters in the old town of Sarajevo, covering an area of approximately 17,400 m2. The whole production process in the brewery of Sarajevo meets the highest technical standards. Quality and environmental control standards and the HACCP system have been developed and implemented in accordance with international standards EN ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001: 2004 and Codex Alimentarius. Sarajevo's most famous brand, Sarajevsko beer (Sarajevsko pivo), is one of the strongest Bosnian and Herzegovinian brands.
