Wolfgang Sappl & Hubert Poschenrieder are a private brewery from Holzkirchen, the Sappl Bräu. After joint master brewer training and years of friendship, they agreed to create unique beers based on the very best brewing skills. They have set themselves the task of inspiring their region with traditionally drinkable beers and thereby bringing their residents closer to the craft brewing tradition - far away from industrial and mass beers. Through their passion and the highest quality standards, they know how to convince beer lovers and fascinate them for their products.
