RheinCraft - that's us - five young biotechnologists who have been passionately brewing their own beer creations for three years. Our focus is always on beers with full, expressive flavors and unique aromas. We started with the first brewing tests on a modest 20 liter scale. Sud after sud we got to know and love the brewing process as well as the incredible variety of hops and malt better and better. So our recipes quickly became more sophisticated and led us to victory in the international student brewing competition of the Campusperle in Hamburg in 2014. Inspired by this success, nothing stood in the way of enlarging to 100 liters. This was particularly helpful in providing parties with friends and acquaintances. Many different types of beer such as Red Ale, Smokey-Stout, Fruity Ale, Wheat Beers, Doppelbock, IPA, Amber Kölsch and Frühlingsbock found the palate of delighted beer lovers in this way. With increasing popularity and demand, it quickly became clear to us: This is not just a hobby, but a calling! RheinCraft was born. The Rainer private brewery in Linnich-Welz made an enormous contribution to realizing our dream. According to our sophisticated craft beer recipe in cooperation with the years of experience of a master brewer, our happy nature was created there. We are pleased to present this innovative, fruity natural cloudiness with a pleasantly bitter note to experienced and future beer lovers in the Rhenish countryside.
