Description

Franz Gerhofer used to run the Cult Bräu in Vienna and has now moved to the countryside, where he brews in an old tavern he bought. A 150-liter kettle from a butcher's shop is used as the brewing pan and the other brewing devices are hand-made. Brewing takes place once a week with primary rock water from the local water supply. The fermentation takes place in plastic containers in the cold room of the inn and the beer is only filled into barrels.
