It has always been a complex process to produce a high-quality beer in a natural way. This was the case in 1819 when baron owner Baron von Hirschberg was already brewing beer within the walls of what was then the estate - today's Püttner brewery. And that is still the case today, especially since our beers are brewed exclusively with their own spring water, regional malts and the finest aroma hops from Spalt and the Hallertau. Brewed with this claim from the beginning, our beers have always been known for their exceptional taste and purity. Today, ten beer specialties and again and again a small number of seasonal beers from the Püttner brewery pay tribute to this already historical tradition.
