Our beer is produced according to the traditional art of craft brewing in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. We have always used only the best hops and malt "in the kettle", because quality is our top priority. The Reichenbrander beer as a fresh product is brewed without thermal treatment. In open vats with a large surface area, our yeasts can develop their flavors particularly well. In large tanks, these flavors would not develop. Open fermentation" is our speciality, because only a few brewers still brew according to this complex process. Beer has been one of the world's most popular beverages for centuries, and our beer has been the Chemnitz people's favorite since 1874.
