Tradition and innovation go hand in hand at Günther-Bräu. In 2005, a new and modern brewery was built to make production more efficient and, above all, more sustainable.
It all began in 1840 with the two brothers Johann and Georg. Back then, they brewed beer for their own pub in the Burgkunstadter Kommunbrauhaus. A generation later, they opened their own brewery.
A lot has happened since then - what has remained is the cohesion within the family. Lorenza (6th generation) has now also caught the passion and together with her father Peter, they now run the business.
