Description

The Mayer Brothers Brewery is a pure craft business. We have no computers in production; brewers regulate and control all processes by hand. That is why our beer does not always taste exactly the same, also because the raw materials used are purely natural products. In our case, hops and malt come from sustainable, integrated, controlled cultivation. No time is too long for the quality, we give all our beers almost eight weeks to ferment and mature. Then some of them are bottled unfiltered, which enhances the individual smell and taste notes. Out of responsibility for the environment, we only use reusable bottles and kegs as containers.
