Description
A brewery history with a family tradition As the once royal Bavarian post office and brewery, the Post Brewery Weiler has always been associated with the Allgäu and the region in an extraordinary way. This proximity to land and people, the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 and the freshness of the tasteful PostBiere are the values of a cultivated private brewing tradition since 1650 in Weiler im Allgäu. In 1907 Anton Zinth senior took over the brewery with inn and agriculture as a young master brewer. First alone, then later together with his eldest son Herbert, he built the initially local brewery into a prestigious medium-sized brewery with regional significance between the Allgäu Alps and Lake Constance. For four decades, Anton and Herbert Zinth have been managing the second and third generation family business with prudent business policies. In addition to a consistent quality and service philosophy, the enthusiasm of well-trained employees is the brewing and success secret of the PostBrauerei Weiler. As the only brewery in the region, the Post Brewery Weiler owns a state-approved mineral well with the Siebers spring.
