Description
In the production of BUCHVALD beer, we follow classic traditional methods, use first-class raw materials and then observe the necessary lagering time, which in our brewery is up to 12 weeks. For us, classic traditional practice does not mean a phrase to deceive the consumer. We follow the old brewing law which states that only water, malt, hops and yeast can be used in the production of beer, and nothing can be added or removed during the production process. We brew BUCHVALD beer in the above-mentioned way without compromise. We do not pasteurise, filter or add any stabilisers. It remains a pure natural product. We use malt from a classic threshing malt house and hops exclusively from Žatec semi-ripe red hops.
