The path to brewing our own beer starts with our longstanding passion for good food, cooking and travelling. On many visits to different parts of the world we discovered the immense amount of new beer styles with amazing aromas and flavours. Whether it was a hoppy American IPA from the US West Coast, floral New Zealand lager, fruity Belgian saison or dry Irish stout in Dublin. The experience of how diverse a beer can be was very surprising and our inspiration. We researched and brewed intensively with the four basic ingredients water, malt, hops and yeast successfully. Rado decided to hang up his bread and butter job and dedicate himself to his vocation of brewing beer in February 2023 after training to become a qualified beer sommelier via the Axel Kiesbye Academy. And now here we are, with our own beer brand - PINETREE! Our mission is to bring you exciting, uncompromising, high quality craft beers that are globally inspired, but brewed locally with love, craft and passion. RADO & PETRA
