Description

The newly founded OLs Oldenburger Brauerei GmbH went into operation on December 1, 2010. It is located at the jam / corner of Rosenstrasse and can be reached via the inner courtyard of the Rose House. Here is brewed and bottled so that you can immediately take in the impressions. Master brewer Josef Herzog produces wonderfully fresh and natural beers in his brewery. They are not heated and not filtered - which is why he calls them "untamed".
