Description
The Ergenzinger Ochsenbrauerei exists since 1824, since 1928 it is owned by the family Digeser. Franz Digeser, the grandfather of today's owner of the same name, ran the old-established brewery until 1932. He was succeeded by Adolf Digeser, who ran the family business until 1960. Since then, Franz Digeser and his wife Waltraud have been responsible for the ox brewery. With son Rolf and his wife Petra, the fourth generation is already integrated into the management.
