What actually makes a good beer? Is it the quality of the ingredients? The experience of the brewmasters? Or the fizz when you open it after an eventful day? No matter what it may be, in the brewery of the Obermühle in Görlitz there is all that. In Germany's easternmost brewery, the beer is mashed, purified, boiled and fermented. Natural beer is produced here in accordance with the German Purity Law: the golden Pils and the copper-colored Ghost.
