That is why we - the brewery Müllerbräu - now write over 350 years of brewery history. As early as 1630, the brewery building was found again on the main square in Pfaffenhofen. Also the origin of the oldest Pfaffenhofener miller (master holder of the Braughschlechts) can be found in the documentary Pfaffenhofener letter record from 1776 and 1779 in Scheyern. Through constant expansion and quality-oriented production, the former brewery and later brewery became a growing and respected brewery company over the generations, which has since shaped the cityscape of Pfaffenhofen significantly.
