Moon Lark Brewery

Moon Lark is a craft brewery, meadery and seltzer shop. Three alcoholic strands, tied together by two friends, under one brand. We are united by a desire to write our own story and a love of uncommon flavours. You can find us in Poręba near Zawiercie, where one long evening we heard a lark treading to the moon - that's how our name was born. We have been brewing beer for years. One of the founders and head brewer of Moon Lark is Paweł Masłowski. You can count on IPAs full of aromatic hops, fruity and refreshing sour beers or complex-tasting and substantial stouts and porters. Whatever the style, we attach great importance to the quality and palatability of our products. We want you to reach for them with curiosity and return to your favourite items often. In the case of meads, Moon Lark combines the tradition of Polish meadmaking with a new-wave approach to these beverages. We produce artisanal session meads as well as strong, sweet meads - infused with additives and long maturation in oak barrels. If you haven't had the opportunity to explore this world more closely so far, you will be surprised by the complex and rich taste of meads. Hard seltzers, or alcoholic fruit drinks, have conquered the American market. They are created through fermentation - just like beer. We focus on their artisanal release and quality ingredients. We want to offer light versions, prized, among other things, for their low calorie content, and fruity ones with the consistency of a smoothie. Original flavours, a guaranteed refreshing effect and a relatively low alcohol content are the strong points of seltzer. We value minimalism. When creating the world of the Moon Lark brand and the packaging of beers, honeys and hard seltzers, we opted for a simple and modern form.
