Beer is not just a thirst quencher but rather a foodstuff. Beer brewing has a long and long tradition. Beer can be a simple treat, honest and straightforward. At the same time, however, it is enormously manifold and refined with numerous flavors. Our beer is no better than others, it's just different. During my apprenticeship I worked in several smaller and larger breweries. The brewing techniques are no different, but a good brewer has to experiment and discover new things over and over again. I do not want to invent brewing. There is so much new in tradition that it never goes to sleep.
