Luie Donder

Brewery Luie Donder was founded by Arjan van de Wetering, born and raised in Brabant and now living in beautiful Nijmegen. During my studies in food technology at the Agricultural University I started brewing. In 2019 I picked up that fun hobby again and started brewing several beers in the attic. We (the brewer and his wife) especially like traditional Belgian beer styles, hence only blond, triple and quadruple beers were brewed in the attic. In April 2022 I started brewing on a larger scale, for this I will rent a brewery. I decide the ingredients, brewing process, temperatures and fermentation. During the brew day I try to help with the brewing, after all it is "my" beer!
