My name is Louis Wirthmann and I would like to welcome you to my brewery in Kreuzau. My cuisine is a matter of the heart. Creative and modern, from savoury to sweet and always incredibly tasty. We consistently prepare our dishes ourselves and use regional products wherever possible. It's a pleasure for me to buy seasonal fruit and vegetables and to offer different special dishes every week. But it's not just the food that I attach great importance to. A brewery always includes home-brewed beer. This is produced in-house by our partner brewery VIERTELVORVIER. You can always discover new varieties of the popular Kreuzau beer that are exclusively available at the brewery! Good food is always accompanied by good wine. You can look forward to a selection of the best wines from winemakers with whom I have a personal relationship and whom I have known since my studies to become a winemaker.
