We only use carefully selected raw materials of the highest quality for beer preparation - barley from local farmers, some of which is processed into brewing malt in our own malt house, as well as the finest aromatic hops from the growing areas of Spalt and Hersbruck. The classic brewing process and its own recipe contribute to the unmistakable taste of Lindenbräu beer specialties. The eight-hour brewing process, where the unmistakable character of our beers is determined, is followed by a one-week, classic, cold vat fermentation. Afterwards, our beer is allowed to rest in the storage tank for 4 to 6 weeks in order to achieve its flavor maturation.
