Description

The highest brewery in the canton of Aargau Herbstmarkt in Buttwil Founded .. in December 2006 by Tina and Robert Wettstein. The official opening took place in May 2007. Lindenbergbräu was brewed in the old cheese dairy in Buttwil until the end of September 2012. Then the big move took place. In just two days, the entire brewery was moved to more modern, larger rooms in the former cheese dairy in Beinwil (Freiamt). In addition to the bright and large production room, it was also possible to set up a permanent brewery with approx. 44 seats. We are the only craft beer brewery in the Freiamt. Craft beer The term "craft beer" comes from the American and means something like creative, handmade, unique. There is now a real craft beer scene all over the world. On the one hand, smaller breweries that actually only produce regionally fine beer specialties, and on the other hand, beer lovers who pick the raisins from the wide range on offer. A craft beer stands out from the mass production, by its noble taste, experimental character or also by traditional old recipes or brewing processes. The craft beer brewer stands fully behind his product with his knowledge and skills as well as a lot of experimentation. Brewed ... in the traditional way on a modern brewing system from LABU from Austria. We brew top-fermented and bottom-fermented beers, natural and not filtered. In addition to our various types of beer, we also produce other beer specialties such as beer vinegar, beer mustard, beer liqueur, beer jelly and beer brandy. For our beer seminars we use a self-developed 50 liter small brewery with an output of approx. 40 liters of finished beer.
