Description
Brewmaster Malte Feldmann brews a "Lichtenthaler Helles" by default as well as a large number of rapidly changing specialty beers, especially ales and stouts. In addition, he produces a small series of extravagant beers under the title "Brewmaster Special", of which he bottles only 60 bottles per batch in the kitchen of the restaurant and fermented in the bottle.
