La Roteuse de l'Artclusaz

It is a very small brewery, simple and unpretentious, which produces beer, in a traditional way, in a small dedicated room. And its name, very chic, is easily explained ... Don't expect to discover big high-tech installations, and hyper-performing! Made in small quantities, with quality ingredients, and the water of Saint-Jean de la Porte, the beers of Roteuse de l'Arclusaz (blonde, white, amber, brown, with honey, ginger ...) are often sweet. Come and taste them! Certified organic since mid-July 2016, La Roteuse does not have the ambition to compete with the (larger) large local breweries, nor the pretension of producing the best beers in the world, but it favors short circuits, direct sale and is mainly supplied by regional producers who practice organic farming.
