There are only a few monastery breweries, or to be more precise, only a dozen or so that can legally call themselves such. Of these, only seven are still operated and managed by the monasteries themselves. We are proud to be able to offer monastery brewery specialties since 1119! Together with our brewmaster we present you our beer specialties. On the one hand these are the traditional beers, brewed with Holledau aroma hops. On the other hand, you can also get a taste of the craft beers, which are also characterized by new hop varieties such as Mandarina Bavaria or Polaris. Our monastery beers are not sterilized and ultra-high temperature, but come fresh to the customer with the best quality and short distribution channels. The customer can purchase the beer immediately after bottling, which is why the minimum shelf life is also three to four months.
