The private brewery Kesselring is a traditional company that has been in family hands since it was founded in 1688. The happy mixture of tradition and progress is very much fostered at Kesselring. The "private" of the private brewery is always emphasized for the benefit of the customer. “The main advantages of a family business of our size are that the customer feels understood and in good hands, and ultimately feels like a family member. It is our company policy to always work to ensure that this basis is right, ”says brewery owner Peter-Michael Himmel. The brewing water comes from the company's own well, the malt from the Franconian region. The hops are obtained from growing areas in the Hallertau and Spalt.
