Kalt Loch Bräu Miltenberg

The brewery was founded in 1580 and was considered the oldest brewery in Miltenberg. It was family-owned until the end and was managed by the brothers Axel and Markus Schohe from 1995 to 2010. In addition to numerous beer specialties, their range also included non-alcoholic beverages, including table water from their own spring. On November 24, 2009, the Eder & Heylands brewery from Großostheim bought the trademark rights to Kalt-Loch-Bräu, which ceased operations at the end of March 2010.
