Indie Alehouse offers a different choice for beer drinkers. The brewery make and serve hard to find Ales like a Belgian Sour, a Double IPA, or an English Porter. The company make some beers regularly, some once a year, and some are made one time only. The brewery apologize, but when you’re dealing with mad scientists, you’re a slave to schedule.
We’re not fans of rules, beer style guidelines, or people telling us what we can or can’t do. Our beers and food reflect this attitude and our quest to make something that will leave an impression.
On a scale of 1-10 of how adventurous our beers are, we are a 10-12. Our beers are stronger, hoppier, fruitier, aged longer, made in smaller batches, put in weirder barrels, with crazier ingredients - you name it, if we can go overboard on some element in making a beer, we generally do.
From our beer and staff to our artwork and ambiance, everything at Indie is specially created to give you the best experience you can have. Our food is no exception.
Put simply and sincerely, if you love beer, you should be here. If you like beer, you have to try us out. And if you hate beer, menu is spectacular. The brewery believe that you should have the opportunity to taste, enjoy, and have the choice of better beers. It’s who company are. It’s why we’re here.
