Description
The entrepreneur Miloš Vostrý built a Horácký pivovar brewery in Chlum on the border of Jihlava and Třebíč from a former truck service. It also has a bar and a pub in Jihlava. Welcoming Horace took place in Jihlava on 9 April 2016. In 2019 the brewery moved to Jihlava to the premises of the former Hrboun brewery. Brewer Jan Holan brewed Pilsner-type bitter beer under the Horac brand. Horace is brewed from two Czech malts and three Czech hops grown in the Saaz region.
