Beer specialties with character, made with passion and passion. With HOPS BREWING we fulfill ourselves a dream: the dream of characterful, artisan beers, which do not have to meet the mass taste, but that of individualists and lovers. That is why we have set ourselves the goal of being experimental and passionate while producing regional, traditional but also international beers. We work according to our own recipes with selected ingredients and elaborate methods, such as individual brewing processes and fermentation guidance or additional cold hopping, in order to emphasize not only the hop bitter substances but also the hop aroma of the most diverse hop varieties. This produces naturally cloudy beer specialties with character - excitingly different, tasteful and expressive. The place name of our hometown Hoppstädten-Weiersbach and the taste-defining hops inspired us to the name HOPS BREWING. Our beers should not only be "drunk", but above all "enjoyed". All senses may be used. Of course, the beer should taste - but before tasting comes the seeing and smelling. The most enjoyable thing is sharing our beer specialties with friends like a good wine and drinking in small epicures. For this reason, we offer our beers next to smaller containers in 1.0-liter bottles and recommend our special craft beer glasses. Our beers are not "on every corner" - but anyone who wants our beer, it will get, because our beers are available in selected restaurants and craft beer shops, as well as in online trading.
