Not only are we Bamberg's smallest brewery, we are also the first nursery in about 100 years to grow different hop varieties again for brewing beer in the world heritage city of Bamberg. Our assortment ranges from the best aroma varieties to spicy bitter hops, with which we brew our unique beers. The beer is created on a very small scale and is still brewed in a genuinely artisanal way. This starts with the harvest of the fresh cones and ends with our hand-filled bottles!
