Founded in 2019 as a one-man business as a sideline, the brewing workshop stands as a small light in the middle of a huge beer market. As a small brewery with a turnover volume of 2.5 hl, I want to enrich the beer market with local, creative and sustainably produced beers through solid craftsmanship. I feel obliged to set accents with an unmistakable taste, tested quality and individuality. This takes place as part of a holistic concept in which I refer to traditional manufacturing processes, organically grown raw materials from the region and renewable energies.
