You can only brew the best beer if you do your best for it. At our Schweinsbräu begins the Purity Law on the field, the organic barley and hop growing. Without pesticides is understood and without synthetic fertilizers, which is a rarity especially in an intensive plant such as hops. We source our malt from the only wholly-owned organic malt house and large organic brewery, the Neumarkter Lammsbräu, with which we have a close partnership from the beginning. We use natural vine hops and no concentrate. Nothing is added to the brewing process and nothing is taken away by filtering, since only the knowledge and experience of the Brewmaster, who works with us without elaborate computer control, counts. Due to the six-week storage at very low temperature, the pork brew is especially tasty. In Herrmannsdorf we brew draft beer for serving in the yard. Our bottled beer in the varieties Schweinsbräu Gold, Dunkel, Weißbier and various seasonal beers has been brewed for some years in the traditional Riedenburger Brauhaus in Altmühltal with raw materials from organic farming and water from the primeval rocks of the Bavarian Jura.
