Our goal is to brew a delicious and digestible beer of the best quality. In terms of taste in particular, our “Heinder” distances itself from industrial mass production. Our beers are basically naturally cloudy, i.e. brewed unfiltered. Thus, in addition to the visible, healthy turbidity, a lot of vitamins and trace elements remain in the beer. Selected hop varieties are an important flavor carrier and our beers taste full-bodied, natural and multi-layered, so much more interesting! In unfiltered, naturally cloudy beers, for example, a large part of the xanthohumol remains, a natural component of hops, which according to current studies is of great interest in health research. An essential reason for the filtration is the significantly longer shelf life of the beers and the goal of delivering an end product that always has the same taste. Is it really necessary? We think: "NO !!!" It is important to us to enjoy a beer with all its natural ingredients - cheers !!!
