Hechtbräu Zimmern / Hecht German Craft

In January 2011, Hechtbräu Zimmern was registered as a brewery by the main customs office in Nuremberg. Within the first few months it quickly became clear that the number of lovers and connoisseurs of Zimmerer beer was constantly increasing, so that in order to be able to continue to supply everyone with "his Hechtbräu" there was only one possibility to invest in the brewing capacity. For this reason, in late summer 2011, a 2nd fermenting vat , more storage tanks with cold storage was purchased and invested in bottle cleaning and bottling. In 2016 after son Florian completed a brewing apprenticeship, then the own label for the "craft beers" was founded around which then mainly he cares. HECHT GERMAN CRAFT was "born" and since then represents the modern interpreted craft beers.
