Experience live how beer is brewed and then enjoy a cool sip of it in a quaint ambience: this is precisely the idea Martin Laimer uses in 2005 with his brewery Pfefferlechner in Mitterlana. The old garage became the "brewery". Since then, guests can look over the shoulder of the master brewmaker as they sit in front of the shiny polished copper brewing kettles, at the lauter tun, next to storage tanks, the fermentation cellar or under the grist mill, and experience the entire brewing process "sip by sip". - A real experience for the whole family!
