The Müllner family from Ritzing has been running a small apiary for their own use for generations. With the handover from Alois Müllner to his son Thomas and grandchild Patrick, the product range was expanded from classic honey to honey by-products. After many experiments, the fruit harvested from their own garden is refined into very sophisticated products using a distillation process and the addition of honey.
