We, that's Thomas and Marta. We started out with a passion. Thomas brewed his own beer in his spare time at home. Marta worked in a small organic hotel on Lake Starnberg and preferred wine to beer. Thomas, a beer sommelier, and Marta, a wine sommelier, fulfilled a dream with their own brewery. In 2016, we founded the first organic brewery in the state capital in the Hadern district of Munich, the beer city of all places. Since then, we have been brewing various organic beers by hand in our own brewery in Munich. For us, not only the best quality and freshness play a major role, but also regionality and sustainability - that's why we brew with 100% organic raw materials from the region.
