The Gansbräu, partly also the Gansbrauerei, is a brewery in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, Bavaria. It has been owned by the Ehrnsperger family since 1866 and is today managed by the Ötzinger and Zinnhobel families. Their origins can be traced back to 1580
