We brew with a 10hl brewing plant from LABU. Our storage capacity is around 190hl. We want to produce about 500hl of hand-brewed beer this year. In recent years, the trend in the beer scene has been craft beer. The term comes from the USA and has now also arrived with us. Craftbeer simply means "handmade beer" or beer that was produced on a manual scale and not in huge industrial productions. When it comes to craft beer, the brewer lends a hand, from pods to bottling. Small German breweries have always been producing craft beers, but until recently, the appreciation of this craft activity has been increasingly forgotten. The revitalization of the beer market through precisely this movement towards the small brewery, the handmade beer and regionality promotes the diversity of German beers. It's about enjoying the hop juice and tasting it consciously. Craft beers are often heavily hopped beers such as IPA (Indian Pacific Ale, which used to require a high alcohol content and had to be heavily hopped to survive the long sea route from England to India). The aim of such products is to emphasize the different aromas of hops. But you can also enjoy craft beer by simply tasting a Pils that has not been filtered to the limit with microfilters.
