1464 Frankenwälder Bürgerbräu The trip of today's managing director Walid Aziz and the breweries began in 2010 with the takeover of the insolvent Nailaer Bürgerbräu. In order to preserve the memory of this 555 year old brewing culture from Naila, the entrepreneur decided to buy and renovate the old systems and premises. One of the first actions was to replace the outdated bottling plant with a new one, which now makes it possible to fill around 10,000 bottles an hour. In addition to filling the tried-and-tested 0.33 and 0.5 liter bottles, this increased quantity now also enables 0.75 liter, 1 liter and swing top bottles.
