Riedbacher FRANKEN BRÄU looks back with pride on a family tradition of over 200 years. Since its beginnings, the brewery has been characterized by personal commitment, outstanding craftsmanship and, last but not least, a special flair for the best brewing quality. Riedbacher FRANKEN BRÄU is made using only natural ingredients such as selected, finest aromatic hops, local malt and crystal-clear water: original, pure and fresh - and you can taste it.
Centuries-old Riedbach brewing tradition:
The Krauß family has been brewing the famous Riedbacher beer in Riedbach since 1807. In 1904, the emblem, the beer-drinking Teuton, was developed. The Krauß family is now brewing in the 7th generation and continues the successful family tradition with a young team, fresh ideas and great motivation.
Riedbach brewery pub:
The Gachstetter family has been running the traditional restaurant in Riedbach since September 2014. In addition to dishes from the traditional standard menu, various seasonal dishes are also prepared there, which Joachim Gachstetter has come to know and love on his long travels through various restaurants.
Daily changing dishes on the menu of the day, drinks from the region and of course the freshly tapped beer from FRANKEN BRÄU are all part of the experience.
