Description

The Fiaker host was already known before the opening of the inn brewery for its beer tradition. In 2008, the catering couple Erwin and Jörg Hartl finally decided to convert their inn into a pub brewery. The 300-liter Braustar system was initially installed in an adjoining room of the kitchen. After an enrollment in June 2008, the brothers started their first brew at the end of June. The official opening of the Fiaker Bräus took place on 3 August 2008. Already in September 2009, the brewery was extended to a 600 liter brewing pan, whereby the brewing system was moved to its own wing in the former stables.
