Bauhöfer is a traditional family brewery based in Ulm, Baden - and has been since 1852. A lot has happened since then, but the entrepreneurial spirit of founder Josef Ludwig Bauhöfer is now being carried on by the fifth generation: a passion for beer, a commitment to the Ortenau region and the cultivation of family tradition. Known as Ulmer Bier, we have been looking to the future with the Bauhöfer brand name since 2020.
