Description

The Elysian Brewing Company, three-time Big Brewery of the Year at the Great American Beer Festival, operates three locations and a production brewery in Seattle, Washington. Elysian is known for both his classic styles as well as his flexibility and innovation. Since its opening in 1996, Elysian has brewed over 500 different recipes. The brewers of Elysian use a variety of unusual ingredients, but are seasonally notorious for their pumpkin beers. Each year, Elysian hosts the Great Pumpkin Beer Festival, which serves dozens of pumpkin beers, some of which are giant pumpkin. Our first Seattle location opened in 1996 on Capitol Hill, Seattle's most populous district. Elysian Fields, inaugurated in August 2006. Located next to Seattle's two sports venues, Fields seats 400 people and packs the house for lunch and match days. Fields has since become an innovation hub for our brewers, brewing new beers on the 7bbl brew each week. In 2017, our taproom was opened next to our Georgetown brewery.
