Hidden between meadows and fields, on the edge of the Frauentalerwald, where fox and hare say goodnight, since 2009 we brew our natural, unique unicorn Bräu. What began in the Zoll-Huus kitchen with beer experiments is today a small fine craft beer brewery with two employees and a brewing volume of around 1500 liters per month (rising). Where Einhorn Brau stands, there are only selected natural ingredients in it. And because beer tastes best when brewed fresh, we do not use any chemicals or additives to extend shelf life.
