Helmut Eder's own microbrewery was opened in 2012. Only organic raw materials are used, some of which are produced on the farm, which is why EDERS BIO BIER is authorised to bear the AUSTRIA BIO GARANTIE seal of approval and the EU BIO LOGO.
In addition to the naturalness of the products, attention is also paid to their high quality. During the 4 - 6 week maturing process in bottles or barrels, the natural carbon dioxide produced during the maturing process is more finely bound in the beer and no additional carbon dioxide needs to be added. The BIO BIER is not filtered, all valuable ingredients are retained.
