Description
The brewery was founded in 1685 and has been family-owned since 1852.
"Committed to tradition, always open to new ideas" is the guiding principle that the brewery consistently follows. Traditionally, the beer is brewed according to the "Purity Law", without thermal treatment or pasteurization. On the other hand, the family brewery's brand image is contemporary and appealing. The brewery now presents itself as a very modern brewery in Franconia following a number of renovations and new builds.
