Michas Naturbackstube has been around for 25 years as a small organic bakery in Stenn near Zwickau in western Saxony. We supply the health food trade, organic food stores, supermarkets, natural markets, health food shops as well as hotels, clinics and the catering trade in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia and Upper Franconia. Since the beginning, we have worked exclusively with raw materials from controlled organic cultivation and do not use any form of semi-finished products. We also expanded our bakery in 2020 to include a small brewery, where we produce exceptional beers by hand using the best organic ingredients.
