Description
In 1832 the then Adlerwirt Georg Obländer was awarded the brewing right. Soon afterwards, the first generation of brewers settled in the "Adler" with Heinrich Werner. He was followed in 1867 by his son Carl. In 1910 Otto Werner became successor in the now fourth generation, who, like his predecessors Brauer, Bauer and Adlerwirt, was in one person. After the Second World War, his son Herbert Werner took over the family business. Under his son Wilhelm began the specialization and expansion of the brand Dachsenfranz.
