One evening in October 2014, in a dark corner of Viennese craft beer stronghold Hawidere, two first-rate beer aficionados decided to start their own brewery after an impressively extensive beer tasting ... Said, Done. The following November, Dominique Schilk and Adalbert Windisch founded their own nomad brewery Collabs Brewery. "Following the tradition of traditional nomadic breweries, we do not have our own brewhouse, but instead we go from brewery to brewery to create new beers together with the respective master brewer", says Braulady Dominique, who together with Bierol on 6 December 2014 presents the Domrep Pils for the first time einbraute.
